Simply create an employer account, choose a subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Premium), and post your job. You'll receive applications from pre-vetted Vietnamese talent. Review profiles, conduct interviews, and hire directly. You only pay for your subscription — no hidden fees or commissions per hire.

What are the subscription plans and pricing?

Free Plan: $0/month — 1 active job post, 20 applications per job, 3-day job approval, reply only to messages.

Pro Plan: $99/month — 3 active job posts, 200 applications per job, instant approval, 250 worker contacts/month, full skills test access.

Premium Plan: $149/month — 10 active job posts, 200 applications per job, 500 worker contacts/month, featured jobs, AI matching, dedicated account manager.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees. Once you've hired the talent you need, simply cancel your subscription — you won't be charged again. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You can always resubscribe when you need to hire again.

How do I pay the workers I hire?

Payments to workers are handled directly between you and the talent. ViecTech does NOT take any percentage or fees from worker payments. We recommend using secure platforms like PayPal or Payoneer for international payments. This keeps costs low and gives you flexibility in how you compensate your team.

What happens when I reach my application limit?

Each job post has a maximum number of applications (20 for Free, 200 for Pro and Premium). Once this limit is reached, the job stops accepting new applications. This ensures quality over quantity and encourages employers to act promptly. You can always upgrade your plan or create a new job post if you need more applications.

Are the candidates vetted?

Yes! Every candidate on ViecTech goes through our verification process: identity verification, English proficiency testing (EF SET), technical skills assessments (Python, JavaScript, React, SQL, etc.), and portfolio reviews. Only top talent makes it through our screening.

How do I know if a candidate is qualified?

Each candidate profile shows their verified skills test scores, English level (EF SET certified), work experience, portfolio links, and education. You can also see their top skills with experience levels and read their profile descriptions. All this information helps you make informed hiring decisions.

Can I try the platform before committing?

Yes! Our Free plan lets you post 1 job and receive up to 20 applications. This is perfect for testing the platform and seeing the quality of Vietnamese talent before upgrading to a paid plan.

Do you offer refunds?

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Is ViecTech free for talent?

Yes! Creating a profile, searching jobs, and applying to positions is completely FREE for talent. We never charge workers any fees. Our mission is to connect Vietnamese talent with global opportunities at no cost to you.

How do I get hired?

Complete your profile with your skills, experience, and portfolio. Take our free English proficiency test (EF SET) and technical skills assessments to verify your abilities. Higher verification levels make you more attractive to employers. Then browse jobs and apply to positions that match your skills. Act fast — job applications have limits!

Why should I complete the English and skills tests?

Verified skills and English levels dramatically increase your chances of getting hired. Employers can filter candidates by English level and verified skills. Candidates with verified profiles receive up to 5x more interview requests. The EF SET test is free and takes about 50 minutes. Technical skills tests (Python, JavaScript, React, etc.) help you stand out from other candidates.

How does the application process work?

When you find a job you're interested in, click "Apply Now". You can include a cover letter (optional). The employer will review applications and may contact you for an interview. You can track your application status in your dashboard: New → Reviewed → Interviewing → Hired/Rejected.

How do I get paid?

Payments are handled directly between you and the employer. ViecTech does NOT take any cut of your earnings. We recommend using PayPal or Payoneer to receive international payments. Discuss payment terms, rates, and schedule directly with your employer.

Why act fast when applying to jobs?

Each job post has a maximum number of applications (20 for Free employer accounts, 200 for Pro/Premium). Once that limit is reached, the job stops accepting new applications. So if you see a job you like, apply quickly before the application limit is reached!

Can I save jobs to apply later?

Yes! You can save jobs to your "Saved Jobs" list and apply later. However, remember that application limits apply — a job might reach its limit before you apply, so we recommend applying as soon as you find a good match.

What kind of jobs can I find?

We focus on technical and professional roles: software developers (Python, JavaScript, React, Ruby on Rails, etc.), AI/ML engineers, data analysts, UI/UX designers, WordPress developers, SQL specialists, and tech-savvy virtual assistants. Both full-time and part-time remote positions are available.

Do I need to be in Vietnam?

No! While we focus on Vietnamese talent, you can work remotely from anywhere. Many of our employers are international companies looking for remote workers. As long as you have a good internet connection and can work in the required time zone, you're good to go.

How do I verify my identity?

Go to your profile settings and upload a photo of your government ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) along with a selfie holding your ID. Our team reviews submissions within 48 hours. Verified accounts receive a "ID Verified" badge, which builds trust with employers.

How do I verify my English level?

Take the free EF SET test (50 minutes) at efset.org. Once you receive your certificate, paste the URL in your profile settings. Our system will automatically verify your score and level (A1 to C2). You can also upload a CSV file with multiple test results.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your personal information is never shared without your consent. We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
