Mid-level Cybersecurity Analyst

Grip Security, a fast-growing SaaS security company, is looking for a Mid-level Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our security operations team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, monitoring our SIEM for anomalies, triaging alerts, and conducting initial incident response investigations. You'll work extensively with Linux servers, analyze network traffic patterns, and help refine our detection rules. The position requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC or similar security role. You should be comfortable scripting in Python or Bash to automate routine tasks. We operate on a remote-first model with core overlap hours in Pacific Time for team syncs and incident handoffs. Excellent English communication is required to document findings clearly and collaborate with engineering teams during escalations.
