Mid-level UX Designer

Major Tom, a full-service digital agency with a stellar reputation for strategy and creative execution, is hiring a Mid-level UX Designer to join our experience design team. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional pod serving a mix of e-commerce and SaaS clients. Day-to-day, you'll conduct user interviews, synthesize research into actionable personas and journey maps, create low-fidelity wireframes, and build interactive prototypes in Figma. You will present your rationale to clients and iterate based on feedback. We need someone who balances user empathy with business goals and is comfortable facilitating remote workshops. This role requires 3+ years of dedicated UX experience and a portfolio demonstrating your process. Overlap with Central Time is needed for client meetings and internal design critiques. Strong English fluency is non-negotiable for client-facing presentations.
