Junior Email Marketing Specialist

SplitMango, a digital marketing agency specializing in e-commerce growth, is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Email Marketing Specialist to support our retention marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1+ years of experience (internships count!) looking to grow their career in lifecycle marketing. You will assist in building and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo and Mailchimp, setting up basic automation flows (welcome series, abandoned cart), and pulling performance reports. Strong English writing skills are crucial, as you will be proofreading copy and occasionally drafting subject lines. You'll work closely with senior strategists and designers, learning the ropes of segmentation and A/B testing. Overlap with Eastern Time is required for weekly team syncs and campaign kickoff calls.
