Senior AI/ML Engineer

Aurora Solar, a mission-driven company creating software to accelerate solar adoption, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer. You will work on our advanced remote site analysis and design algorithms. This involves applying computer vision techniques to satellite and aerial imagery to automatically generate 3D roof models and detect obstructions. You'll need strong Python skills and deep experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. The role involves the full ML lifecycle: data exploration, model training, evaluation, and deployment to production. You'll collaborate closely with our geospatial data team and software engineers to integrate models into our scalable SaaS platform. A Master's degree or PhD in a related field is preferred, along with strong English communication skills for technical documentation and cross-team collaboration.
