Mid-level React Developer

MentorMate, a global software development and digital solutions company, is seeking a Mid-level React Developer. You'll be building sophisticated single-page applications and mobile-first websites for clients in healthcare and finance. The tech stack includes React with TypeScript, Next.js for SSR/SSG, and state management using Context API or Redux Toolkit. You'll consume GraphQL APIs and work closely with our design team to implement pixel-perfect, accessible components. We follow Agile methodologies and emphasize code quality through peer reviews and automated testing. This role requires 3+ years of React experience and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals. Daily overlap with Central Time is necessary for standups and pairing sessions.
