Mid-level UX Designer (E-Commerce)

Northern Commerce is seeking a Mid-level UX Designer with a strong focus on e-commerce to optimize conversion rates and user journeys for our clients' online stores. You will conduct heuristic evaluations, design and analyze A/B tests, and create frictionless checkout flows. You'll use tools like Figma to prototype interactions and work closely with strategists to validate designs with real user data (heatmaps, session recordings). The ideal candidate understands the nuances of e-commerce UX best practices and has a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on key metrics. This role requires excellent English presentation skills to explain design rationale to clients and collaborate with remote developers.
