Junior Email Marketing Specialist (E-Comm)

Ignite Digital is a performance marketing agency looking for a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to support our Shopify-focused clients. You will be responsible for setting up and managing email/SMS flows in Klaviyo, segmenting lists based on customer behavior, and reporting on revenue attribution. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong English copywriting skills to help draft compelling subject lines and body copy. You should have a foundational understanding of e-commerce metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV) and be eager to learn advanced segmentation strategies. This is a fully remote position requiring overlap with Eastern Time for client calls and internal status meetings.
