Senior .NET Engineer (FinTech)

Float is one of Canada's fastest-growing FinTech startups, and we're hiring a Senior .NET Engineer to build the backend of our corporate spend management platform. We deal with real money movement, so security, accuracy, and scalability are paramount. You'll design and implement high-throughput APIs and background workers using .NET Core, Azure SQL, and Redis. You'll work with event-driven architecture (Azure Event Hubs) to ensure data consistency across our ledger and banking integrations. We practice Domain-Driven Design and expect engineers to contribute to architectural decisions. This role requires strong English communication skills to document designs and collaborate with our remote product and finance teams.
