Senior AI/ML Engineer (Analytics)

Fathom Analytics is a privacy-first Google Analytics alternative. We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to help build intelligent, privacy-preserving analytics features. You will work on anomaly detection in traffic patterns, intelligent bot filtering, and aggregated trend predictions—all without ever storing personal data. This is a unique challenge requiring strong skills in Python, experience with columnar databases like ClickHouse, and a deep understanding of statistical models and time-series forecasting. You'll design and maintain our data aggregation pipelines and work closely with the founders. We are a fully remote, asynchronous company that overlaps minimally for meetings. English fluency is essential for internal documentation and occasional community engagement.
