Mid-level UX Designer (Healthcare)

Jane App is a beautiful, all-in-one practice management software for health and wellness practitioners. We're looking for a Mid-level UX Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for researching and designing features that simplify the complex workflows of clinic administration, charting, and online booking. You'll conduct user interviews with practitioners, map out complex user journeys, and craft intuitive, accessible interfaces in Figma. We have a robust design system (Jane's Design System) that you'll contribute to. This role requires empathy for our users and a passion for solving real-world problems. Excellent English communication is required for presenting research findings and facilitating design reviews with remote stakeholders.
