Junior Python Developer (FinTech)

Wagepoint is a simple, fast, and friendly online payroll software company. We are hiring a Junior Python Developer to join our engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining features related to payroll calculations, tax forms, and integrations with accounting software. This role requires strong attention to detail and an interest in learning about the payroll/finance domain. You'll write Python code (Django), test your changes thoroughly, and participate in code reviews. No prior payroll knowledge is needed, just a desire to learn and strong problem-solving skills. English fluency is essential for team communication and understanding complex regulatory documentation.
