Senior AI/ML Engineer (NLP)

Knock is an AI-powered platform streamlining communications for property management. We're hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer specialized in Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will work on models that classify resident inquiries, extract intent, and suggest automated responses. You'll fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate. Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers are required. You will be responsible for taking models from research to production deployment. This role requires advanced English communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
