Mid-level Java Developer (EdTech)

canfitpro is the leading provider of education and certification for fitness professionals in Canada. We are seeking a Mid-level Java Developer to work on our member portal and learning management system. You will build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, interacting with MySQL databases via Hibernate. You'll develop new features for course registration, certification tracking, and continuing education credits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Java experience, understands RESTful API design, and writes reliable unit/integration tests. This is a remote position with a requirement for daily overlap with Eastern Time for scrum ceremonies.
