Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (SaaS)

Trainual is the leading SaaS platform for documenting processes and onboarding employees. We're hiring a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to help scale our application. You'll be working on complex features like full-text search (Elasticsearch), document versioning, and organizational hierarchy management. Our stack is Rails monolith with heavy use of Postgres and Sidekiq for background processing. We value practical solutions over dogma and ship code daily. You'll need 5+ years of Rails experience and a deep understanding of database query optimization. Strong English communication is required for participating in our remote culture, which relies heavily on well-written PR descriptions and Loom videos.
