Mid-level React Developer (MarTech)

RightMessage is a platform for website personalization. We're looking for a Mid-level React Developer to build our survey editor and audience builder interface. You'll be working on a highly interactive, state-heavy application that allows marketers to segment visitors without code. Our stack is React with TypeScript, Redux, and a robust custom drag-and-drop engine. You'll need to be comfortable writing custom hooks and optimizing rendering performance. Understanding of marketing tech stacks (Segment, Google Analytics) is a plus. This is a fully remote position with team members across the globe, requiring overlap with Pacific Time and strong written English for asynchronous planning.
