You'll work on client sites to improve Core Web Vitals, optimize database queries, refactor theme code for speed, and implement structured data (Schema). You'll troubleshoot plugin conflicts and ensure websites are crawlable and indexable. While we aren't looking for a theme designer, you need expert-level PHP and WordPress knowledge to diagnose performance bottlenecks. Strong English communication is necessary to explain technical fixes to account managers and clients.
