Senior AI/ML Engineer (Recommendations)

LeafLink is the leading wholesale platform for the cannabis industry. We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build personalized product recommendation and search ranking models for our marketplace. You'll work with our data science team to develop, train, and deploy collaborative filtering and content-based models at scale. You'll need deep Python expertise, experience with deep learning recommenders (e.g., Two-Tower models), and familiarity with AWS SageMaker. You will own the production inference pipeline, ensuring low latency and high availability. Excellent English communication is required to translate complex model behavior into business insights for product stakeholders.
