Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (FinTech)

Baremetrics provides zero-effort business metrics for SaaS and subscription companies. We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to work on our core data ingestion and metrics calculation engine. This is a backend-heavy role dealing with API integrations, data normalization, and complex aggregations. You need deep Rails experience and a strong understanding of SQL query performance. You'll debug issues related to payment gateway webhooks (Stripe, Braintree) and ensure data accuracy. You must be comfortable working autonomously in a remote, async-first culture. Overlap with Pacific Time is required for a couple of core meetings per week.
