Mid-level UX Designer (Product-Led Growth)

Vidyard is the leading video platform for business. We are seeking a Mid-level UX Designer to focus on product-led growth (PLG). You will design experiments to improve user activation, onboarding, and conversion from free to paid plans. You'll use tools like Pendo or Heap to analyze user behavior, form hypotheses, and design A/B tests in Figma. We need a data-informed designer who is comfortable iterating quickly based on metrics. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers in a remote, cross-functional squad. Excellent English communication is required to present experiment findings.
