Junior Email Marketing Specialist (E-Comm)

Louie Coffee Shop is a hip, growing coffee roaster and cafe chain. We're hiring a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to own our email and SMS subscriber list. You'll create weekly newsletters announcing new roasts and cafe specials, build automated 'Welcome' and 'Birthday Reward' flows, and design simple graphics in Canva to accompany campaigns. You'll track open rates and click-throughs and provide insights to the team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee culture and has a warm, friendly English writing style. This is a remote role but requires availability to occasionally photograph new products at our roastery (if local) or coordinate remotely with our staff.
