Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLMs)

Knock is an AI-powered CRM and communication platform for property management. We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to work on generative AI features. You'll build and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to answer resident questions and automate leasing agent tasks. You need experience working with large language models (OpenAI API or open-source models), vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus), and prompt engineering. You'll work on the full stack of the ML lifecycle, from prototype to production API. Strong English communication is required to collaborate with product managers and explain AI behavior.
