Mid-level Java Developer (FinTech)

Float is a fast-growing FinTech company redefining corporate spend management. We're hiring a Mid-level Java Developer to work on our core ledger and transaction processing services. You'll build high-throughput, event-driven microservices using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Kafka. You'll ensure data consistency and reliability in a distributed system that handles real money movement. We follow rigorous testing practices and deploy to AWS. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Java experience and an interest in FinTech. Strong English skills are required for our remote-first, collaborative culture.
