In both Customer Support and Operations, I always try to understand what people need and find ways to make their experience smoother, easier, and more thoughtful. Whether it’s helping a customer directly or working behind the scenes on process improvements and data insights, my goal is to support a journey that feels seamless and human. Outside of work, I love spending quiet time alone to recharge and stay grounded. I’m always curious and love learning about new things — and swimming helps me clear my mind and reconnect with myself.
