Hello, my name is Hoang. I’m a multilingual professional with experience in translation, customer service, game operations, and e-commerce data management. I started my career in the gaming industry, where I handled customer inquiries and supported game operations in the Southeast Asian market. Later, I worked in Germany in the hospitality industry, which strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills in an international environment. In the past few years, I have been working as a freelance translator, mainly translating between German, English, French, and Vietnamese in fields such as gaming, automotive, and media content. Currently, I am also working at ContentFactory1 as a Data Entry specialist, collaborating with Otto Germany on e-commerce projects. My work includes uploading product data, managing images, and organizing product information for fashion items as well as consumer electronics and home appliances on their online platform. I enjoy working in roles where language, communication, and problem solving come together, which is why I’m very interested in this position.
