My name is Ha, and I would like to introduce myself.I graduated in accounting but only worked as an accountant for one year before moving into customer quality management and sales. I have almost 10 years of experience with corporate customers, so I understand how companies and departments operate. My strengths are in customer relations and quality management. I am especially good at understanding customer psychology and adapting my approach to different types of customers I also prepare regular reports by analyzing data to create new strategies, boost sales, and plan for seasonal business or market growth. At work, I always try to learn and develop my skills through customers and colleagues. I also improve my knowledge by taking courses and reading books, newspapers, and information from the internet. With my experience and commitment to learning, I am confident I will do well in my future role
