With one and a half year in Customer Service Advisor and one year of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME),I have gained a lot of experiences in CS. I hope to challenge myself in the role of a customer service representative, not only in hospitality but also in various new fields. With the experience I have accumulated through my work, I aspire to achieve my goal of becoming a customer service team leader within the next 2years.
