Quynh Hoang

Hello! My name is Hoang Huong Quynh. I am Vietnamese and 34 years old. I’m from Ha Noi, Vietnam. For the Education background, I hold a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Information System from the Information Technology and Communication University, Viet Nam. I have been building a career focused on creating excellent customer experiences and driving quality standards. Regarding the work experience, I have seven years of experience in customer support via chat and email, quality analysis, and team leadership in media industries. In my previous role as a Team Leader for YouTube Creator Support at Cognizant in the Philippines, I managed a team from multiple countries, including Vietnam, Thailand, China. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication, empathy, and adaptability when supporting customers from various backgrounds.
