I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism from Can Tho University and possess a diverse professional background in tourism, education, marketing, and human resource management. During my university years, I gained hands-on experience as a tour guide and restaurant receptionist, where I developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. After graduation, I worked as a Training and Admissions Team Leader at a language center, where I was responsible for recruitment strategy, student enrollment consulting, and internal training programs. I also led marketing initiatives, contributing to brand awareness and student acquisition growth. Later, I transitioned into Human Resource Management and Training, focusing on talent development, staff onboarding, performance improvement, and building effective training systems. My strengths lie in leadership, communication, team coordination, and the ability to adapt quickly across different roles and industries.
