I worked night shifts alongside a daytime job for four years (2021–2025) at a hotel located in District 1, the center of Ho Chi Minh City. I then worked as a Buyer for a U.S-based medical device manufacturing company, operating according to the U.S. time zone (2025–2026). I have now seeking a night-shift position that better suits my personal schedule. I have experience in: - Handling guest check-in/check-out procedures and cashier duties - Assisting guests with inquiries and arranging transportation, tours, and events - Receiving and responding to guest inquiries via OTA platforms. - Coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, sales, purchasing, and other departments. - Registering guest accommodation with local authorities. - Working with clients and suppliers. - I used to work as an Admin Intern for 1.5 years at an insurance company in Vietnam, where I supported the processing of marine insurance certificates, engineering and fire/property insurance certificates, home insurance certificates, and others.
