Hailey Kaiser

I have a background in Human Development, and my career has really been about supporting people in different ways. I started in healthcare as a Medical Assistant Specialist, where I handled detailed case work and worked closely with clients. After that, I moved into recruiting and online tutoring, supporting students from different backgrounds, and most recently I worked in HR supporting employee processes and data. Across all my roles, I’ve developed strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and I really enjoy being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly.
