My name is Truong Viet Hoang , I am 24 years old, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with a major in Engineering Mechanics. I am currently working as a Mechanical Design Engineer and R&D Engineer with nearly 3 years of experience in this field.I am studying for a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology and am about to complete the program. I have worked for 2 companies in Vietnam during my internship and nearly 3 years for a Japanese company with experiences in: Assembling solar panel cleaning robot frames according to drawings. Design 3D,2D drawings automatic machines, metal frames, CNC machined parts. Tracing drawings, reverse engineering models from scanned data by using Geomagic Design X. Make 2D, 3D assembly drawings, Barashi machine parts, weldingframe on Solidworks and Autocad.3D modeling basic by using iCAD-SX. Design, assemble, program and operate automatic machines such as 3D printer controls. Operate basic mini CNC milling machine. Programming sheet metal laserprocessing with AP100. Research and operate Denso VS 6577 robot arm. Perform calculations and simulations, evaluate the durability of the metal welded frame model. Simulate plastic products during injection mold. Support R&D department to design semi-industrial fans and household products. Perform 3D printing of prototype products, evaluate product design improvements before mass production. Design 3D, 2D drawings of packaging boxes for furniture product. Perform simulations and calculate the airflow rate of the fan.
