I previously worked at Chocolate Manufactuer (Marou), leading supplier development, quality management, and traceability systems from farm to final product. Driven by my long-term vegan lifestyle and commitment to conscious living, I now focus on building my own vegetarian bistro & cafe as a purpose-driven F&B business that integrates plant-based cuisine, sustainability, and mindful community spaces.
