I am a Head of Recruitment at THACO AGRI, responsible for recruitment, talent assessment, and training for both domestic and international workforce. In 2025, I directly recruited 113 Filipino technical professionals, achieving 151% of the target, and completed legal recruitment procedures for four subsidiaries across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. I also collaborate with universities and authorities on career orientation, recruitment, and internship programs. I believe people are the foundation of sustainable competitiveness and long-term growth.
