I’m a motivated and flexible professional with experience across teaching, customer service, and content-related work. I graduated from Hutech University, majoring in English Teaching Methods, and spent over four years tutoring and teaching students of different ages. Those years in education helped me build strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain things clearly. After that, I worked for two years as a Customer Service Representative for a well-known travel app, where I learned to handle a wide range of customer issues, work comfortably with CRM systems, and analyze logs to support troubleshooting. I’ve also taken part in content writing and event organizing projects, which gave me more chances to be creative and work with different teams. I’m fluent in English, quick to pick up new tools, and confident in planning, problem-solving, and adapting to new environments. Right now, I’m looking for a remote or on-site opportunity in Customer Service, Testing/QA, Planning, or Teaching/Coaching—any role where I can contribute, grow, and bring value to the team.
