Over the years, I’ve supported global businesses across E-commerce, SaaS, Real Estate, IT, and Coaching, handling inbound and outbound customer service across email, chat, and phone with empathy, speed, and precision. I currently work as a Customer Support Specialist for a Real Estate firm, where I’m the first point of contact, building trust from the first hello, following up with care, and managing the backend using HubSpot CRM to ensure smooth internal collaboration and quality client experiences.
