I am a senior, analytics-driven transformation professional with 9+ years of experience delivering complex change initiatives across global financial institutions and consulting environments, including HSBC and EY. I began my career in analytics-led audit and financial transaction analysis, specialising in forensic, compliance, and fraud use cases, where I designed and executed data-driven assurance, risk, and control testing across high-volume financial processes, enabling deeper coverage, earlier risk detection, and materially improved audit and compliance outcomes. Building on this foundation, I transitioned into financial systems implementation and modernisation roles, working across ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP and Salesforce within hybrid, cloud-enabled architectures leveraging Azure. I have led end-to-end delivery spanning requirements definition, data modelling, system configuration, integration, and UAT for finance, risk, and compliance domains, ensuring regulatory, control, and reporting requirements are embedded directly into operational systems rather than managed through manual or post-hoc controls. In parallel, I have driven automation and AI/ML-enabled solutions to scale control effectiveness and operational efficiency, applying advanced analytics, process mining, and machine learning to transaction monitoring, exception detection, and control optimisation. This includes designing solutions with embedded data lineage, audit trails, and performance metrics to ensure outcomes are explainable, auditable, and sustainable within highly regulated environments. More recently, my scope has expanded to programme- and portfolio-level leadership, governing multiple concurrent risk and compliance initiatives end-to-end. I operate at portfolio level to prioritise regulatory and business-driven demand, manage cross-initiative dependencies, balance resource constraints, and provide consolidated progress reporting, risk escalation, and decision support to senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT. I am comfortable operating in agile, evolving environments and see formal portfolio ownership, people leadership, and senior stakeholder engagement as the natural next step in scaling my impact across organisations.
