A young woman whose goal is to strive for the comprehensive development of the economy and not be left behind in innovation. With over six years of experience in Learning & Development and Recruitment for tech startups, I focus on analyzing learning needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, as well as supporting talent acquisition efforts. I have contributed to improving onboarding and internal training quality for approximately 2,000 employees, achieving consistent satisfaction scores of around 4.0/5.0 during periods of workforce change. In addition, I spent almost four years leading an educational counseling initiative, supporting over 5,000 young individuals in developing essential soft skills and exploring career opportunities. I am passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and fostering growth for individuals and organizations.
