Having spent 09 years working at McDonald's Vietnam in roles ranging from Store Manager to HR and Training Manager, I have developed a strong foundation in people management, customer service excellence, and operational effectiveness.
Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in building and improving systems — from onboarding processes to internal training programs. I understand the importance of structured workflows in delivering consistent customer experiences and internal efficiency. I take pride in identifying gaps, developing clear procedures, and ensuring teams are aligned and trained for success.
In addition to my background in HR and operations, I am actively seeking new opportunities in the fields of translation, customer service, and process development.
