I am a graduate in Hospitality Management from the British University Vietnam, with strong proficiency in all four English skills and basic communication in Chinese. I have one year of experience working in the tourism service industry as an OTA, and have also been involved in planning and creating social media content for small and medium-sized F&B businesses. Currently, I am working in the Sales Department of a fine dining restaurant in Hanoi, where I continue to develop my skills in customer engagement and strategic planning. Additionally, I am proficient in using creative tools such as CapCut and Canva for content creation and design.
