Hi, my name is Phan Huu Phuoc, a Business Analyst Leader with close to 7 years of experience in IT projects, and close to 5 years in leadership roles at FPT Telecom. Throughout my career, I’ve done several key digital transformation projects, including the FPT ID unification system for 500,000+ users, an AI-driven AIOps alert system that helped reduce 35% MTTD and 40% resolution time, and an incident management platform that cut downtime by 33%. My core strengths lie in requirement elicitation, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical thinking. I often take initiative in proposing architectural improvements, such as applying ODA standards to our VoIP system to enable plug-and-play flexibility. Personally, I’m a growth-driven person who believes in continuous learning. I’m currently pursuing certifications in CBAP and Agile/Scrum Master, while developing my leadership and coaching capabilities.
