Hi VietAssist, my name is Thuy Linh and I'm from Hanoi, Vietnam. I have been working in the F&B industry for more than 2 years as a Senior Barista specialized in specialty coffee and a Store Operations Lead. Before that, I worked for a small Saas company in Technology as a Human Resources Executive as my main responsibilities are to recruit, onboard new hires for our remote team in Hanoi, and all tasks related to administration and project coordination to help things run smoothly behind the scenes. Currently I'm seeking a part-time side hustle as a Virtual Assistant (preferably in-house) where I can utilize my solid background in human resources and customer service.
