I have already completed the curriculum at Saigon University with a degree in English for Business and Tourism. In 2022, I applied for the tour operator position at GoGo Travel Company. In this period, I had opportunities to work with foreigners from different cultures. From 2024, I was a tour operator at SST Travel company. My job was responsible for every complaint, requirement of customers, and arranging travel services. Now, I would like to change to a new and professional environment where I can learn lots of new skills and knowledge. Besides, I have timekeeping, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under high pressure. Apart from office computer skills, my English is good, and I got 875 points on the TOEIC certificate. Furthermore, I can use Chinese with the HSK5 certificate.
