I am a Marketing professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience in market development, brand building, and multi-industry marketing management, having held department-level leadership roles at several large enterprises in the North Central region of Vietnam. Currently, I serve as Marketing & Customer Service Manager at Nghe An Dental & Maxillofacial Hospital, where I am directly responsible for: Developing and executing overall marketing strategies Planning and managing integrated multi-channel communications (Digital, Offline, CSR) Building a sustainable, professional, and modern hospital brand Optimizing customer experience and the patient journey In parallel, I am the CEO & Founder of Sao Star Vietnam Media Joint Stock Company, specializing in end-to-end marketing consulting, brand communications, and business growth strategies across multiple industries. Previously, I worked as Marketing Manager at Van Minh Group, overseeing a multi-sector ecosystem (transportation, international education, logistics, and bus terminals), and as Marketing Manager at Skyline Montessori Preschool, where I developed and implemented Digital Marketing and Branding strategies for an international preschool model.
