I worked in the BPO industry as a customer service representative and eventually became an account supervisor. I assisted 15–20 agents who handled technical support calls, as well as back-office agents who managed confidential information and documents for individuals applying for Obama phones across the US. Currently, I am working remotely for a British company based in Dubai. My director is British, and our clients include companies from the MENA region, GCC countries, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for our clients. I am an optimistic and hardworking person who values life and enjoys helping people. I have one brother who already has his own family. I’m the only daughter and currently live with my parents, although I already have my own house. I love spending time with friends and also relatives from both sides of my family. I grew up in a Christian household, and my parents are both active in our community church. My hobbies include hiking, participating in fun runs, going to the beach, and exploring new coffee shops around town. Im an animal lover. My dream is to have my own animal shelter, rescue strays and adopt them. I also love traveling, visiting new places, and learning about different cultures and languages. Sometimes, I enjoy just staying at home, doing nothing, scrolling through my phone, and catching up on social media. I’m excited to learn new things and eager to explore new opportunities.
